[edit]The Wiki Women Hackathon provides an exceptional chance to empower women in the tech industry and actively contribute to fostering a more inclusive global community. This Free event is specifically designed for female tech students and developers with programming experience who are eager to contribute to Wikimedia technologies. To celebrate International Women's Day, we're hosting a 24-hour hackathon with exciting prizes awarded to the winners!
IndicWiki's Women's Day Initiative: Bridging the Gender Gap in Wiki Tech ,also propagate the Mediawki technology at student level.
This event, launched by the IndicWiki project at IIIT Hyderabad on International Women's Day, aims to empower female developers and tech students by developing technical solutions for Wikimedia, Wikidata, and Indic language Wikipedias. By focusing on a primarily female students, the initiative seeks to bridge the gender gap in Wikipedia technologies. Participants will gain valuable skills and knowledge to create tools and technologies to enhance Wiki ecosystem.
Celebrate International Women's Day (March 8th) by contributing to a more inclusive and representative online encyclopedia!.
