Wikibase for College of Science, KNUST/Evaluation & Updates

The deliverables for the project to create the Wikibase Cloud for the College of Science Library at KNUST will depend on a number of things, such as the size and complexity of the library's data, the availability of resources, and the level of stakeholder engagement. We anticipate that the project could take up to 3 months to complete.

1. Initial Assessment (1-2 weeks): During this phase, we will work with the library to assess their data needs, develop a preliminary data model, and agree on the policies and standards for data management.
2. Technical Design and Development (4-6 weeks): During this phase, we will develop the infrastructure for the Wikibase Cloud, including the database schema and/or data model, to ensure that the Wikibase Cloud is useful and efficient for the college library.
3. Integration and Testing (2-3 weeks): During this phase, we will integrate the Wikibase Cloud with other systems that are used by the library, such as the library's OPAC and other external databases. We will also conduct thorough testing to ensure that the Wikibase Cloud is working correctly and meets the library's needs.
4. User Training and Support (2 weeks): During this phase, we will provide training and support to the library staff and other stakeholders who will be using the Wikibase Cloud. This will include delivering training materials and providing technical assistance as needed.
