Abstract

Tools like the rubric and the Wiki Education Dashboard help teachers to make better assessments of their student's work. This presentation will show some of the strategies and difficulties observed in the adoption of these tools by teachers participating in workshops organized by the Education program (WMMX) and B@UNAM, UNAM´s online high school at Coordinación de Universidad Abierta y Educación a Distancia, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

How does your proposal add knowledge to the international community in Wikimedia and education?

Through the use of tools like the rubric and the Wiki Education Dashboard, teachers can provide better feedback to students editing Wikipedia, through both qualitative and quantitative information based on objective criteria.
