Abstract:

Strengthening cooperation between Europe and the Middle East in Wikimedia projects is vital for promoting knowledge sharing and bridging cultural gaps. Collaboration can help bring diverse perspectives, insights and experiences to the forefront. It can help improve the quality of information and also increase participation from underrepresented communities. This can lead to a better understanding of each other's cultures and can build trust and mutual respect. Additionally, cooperation can contribute to the development of language resources and increase access to information, which is crucial for education, research and social progress.
