Abstract:

Affiliates and other organizations might want to consider strengthening their capacity by creating proper internal procedures and policies. Having an anti-harassment policy raises safety of employees and other stakeholders, as well as awareness and prevention. Using our example we will guide you through the necessary steps and talk about dos and don'ts of this process.
