Abstract: A core aspect of Wikipedia is its community, made up of millions of editors worldwide who daily put in their collective work and dedication. Therefore, it is essential to know what motivates them to contribute to Wikipedia, but also what discouraging challenges they face along the way. Wikimedia Serbia is conducting a study that will test how different (extrinsic and intrinsic) motivational and demotivational factors affect various activities of editors on Serbian Wikipedia, such as content contribution and community participation using SEM. In this poster, you will be able to see how we conducted the study; what methodology we used; what are the results; and what recommendations we can make based on them.		Slides:
