How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of CEE?
We all want to bring more people into the Wikiprojects we are a part of (which is especially relevant for communities with less active members), and for those people to have the knowledge, skills, attitude, and understanding of Wikipedia as content and Wikipedia as a community. People who stick around and gain experience and the trust of the community. Let's talk about possible approaches and what works, what doesn't, and what else can be done.
