Whereas:
  1. The executive board of Wikimedia Community User Group Côte d'Ivoire activities, has the general responsibility of leading activities of Côte d'Ivoire Wikimedians ;
  2. The Chairman presented the annual report of 2015 during a meeting with the executive board.
  3. The report reflects the activities carried out and translates the vision of the User Group for future activities ;
