Prepare in advance
In order for you to feel prepared for a WikiGap event, there are some things you could do in advance. Here are some tips for you!
Get to know Wikipedia
The five pillars are the foundation of the platform. It explains the logic behind the platform and can help in guiding you into being an active part of the Wikipedia Community.
Join the club
If you already have an account, log in to make sure to log in. It is practical and gives you features that you can only get when logged in, such as the draft space called Sandbox.
Online training modules
If you would learn more about editing before you participate in an event, there are training modules to take online, on the Programs and Events Dashboard.
Watch instruction videos
There are plenty of instruction videos on how to edit Wikipedia.
