Our team has expanded of Milan Holecek, who will focus on advocacy and promotion of free culture and coordinate our activities in this field. 2022-10-18: We did not miss the CEE Meeting in North Macedonia[edit]

The CEE Meeting was held in Ohrid, North Macedonia, and representatives of Wikimedia ČR actively participated in it. We presented our senior programme, PR activities, the ICOM Redlist project for South East Europe, which generated discussion and positive feedback. After 3 years we met again in person with colleagues from Central and Eastern Europe, the conference had over 120 participants in total. We are in regular contact with many of them regarding cooperation and currently the establishment of the CEE Hub, which was the central theme of the conference. It is a space for communication and cooperation in the region. We are delighted to be one of the founding members and our Executive Director has been elected to the Steering Committee.
