Good enough is perfect – A Wikimedia playbook for collective deliberation
Have you ever left a workshop or event feeling good, but wondering what you actually achieved? That’s a common frustration: great discussions, but no tangible outcomes. To address this, we created a playbook to help turn collective deliberations into concrete results and actionable next steps.

Wikimove
A monthly podcast that featured guests from the movement who are thinking thoughts and doing things that advance Wikimedia Movement Strategy. We talked about growing communities, governance, money, knowledge equity, volunteerism and many more of the interesting controversial topics that drive the change process we are in the middle of.
Wikimedia Summit
We provided the physical and virtual space for affiliates to get together and jointly figure out how to grow our movement and to make it open for everyone to join, inclusive, diverse and equitable and governed by the people who power it.
Our Publications
We published primary and secondary research on governance, money distribution, participatory decision-making and other areas that are important for reforming our governance and developing a movement charter.
Capacity Exchange
We supported our colleagues in the development of the peer matching platform that enables Wikimedians across the movement to find each other and provide peer consultation and mutual aid.
