Proposal[edit]
Candidates choose which questions to answer, from the full list rather than the shorter, edited list. There's no expectation to answer every question.
Opinions[edit]
Support This gives candidates a broader forum in which to demonstrate themselves, and avoids marginalizing questions which didn't make the shorter list. I believe the intention behind the shorter list is good, maybe it comes from corporate interview best practices where it's more fair when all job applicants are asked the same questions. But in this case the candidates have a chance to answer from the same list of questions. Adamw (talk)
