Wikimedia Navigator User Group/Events And Activities/CGM2022/July

The Group Meeting on July 17th, 2022, designated to act as a monthly checkup on the group's status, have discussed the following:

1. Preparing upcoming edit-a-thon starting August 15th
   1. Plan and coordinate across different projects (Wikipedia & Wikivoyage)
   2. Discussed criteria for awarding points
   3. seek more active participation from local community (hopefully)
2. Expand on the details of user group Mission Statement drafted from previous group meeting; by-laws are no longer acting as an active guideline for the user group
3. Discussed potential projects in the future. Until this meeting, only the Wildfire Recording Project (WRP) has been proposed and come to consensus (expected to start during November 2022, led by User:SickManWP).

Given a non-affiliated virtual touring event that was occurring at the same time with the group meeting, it was anticipated that potential participants would not be able to attend the meeting due to necessary moderation for the tour.
