Meeting to be held in Lagos, Nigeria with remote participation via Google Hangouts/phone

Introduction

  • The Chair shall call the meeting to order.

Operation Update

  • The Executive director of the Planning Wikimedia Nigeria shall update the Board on the operation of the Foundation

Special resolution to be passed on the Foundation's registered name

  • The Board shall deliberate on the registered name of the foundation (The Wikimedia Nigeria Foundation) and pass a resolution to replace the word "Foundation" with "Association" or " Initiative in compliance with the WMF directive.

Board attendance policy

  • A motion on the Board attendance policy shall be passed

Status of chapter application

  • The Board will be briefed on the status of application for Wikimedia Chapter status

Quorum

  • The Board shall pass a resolution on quorum
