Meeting to be held in Lagos, Nigeria with remote participation via Google Hangouts/phone

Introduction

  • The Chair shall call the meeting to order.

Operation Update

  • The Executive director of the Planning Wikimedia Nigeria shall update the Board on the operation of the Foundation

Resolution to be passed on Corporate Affairs Commission decision

  • The Board shall deliberate on the disapproval by the Corporate Affairs Commission to approve the Foundation's application (as contained in the Trustees Resolution dated 24th of December 2021) for change of the word Foundation in the name Wikimedia Nigeria Foundation to Initiative or Association and pass a resolution

Board attendance policy

  • A motion on the Board attendance policy shall be passed

Update about the Corporate Affairs Commission's decision

  • The Board will be updated on the decision of the Corporate Affairs Commission regarding our name change/subtituted request

Quorum

  • The Board shall pass a resolution on quorum
