The rule amendments were approved by Consumer Affairs Victoria in early July
The membership was down to 28 on July 24 due to members who have not renewed.
On July 15 the Strategic Planning Sub-Committee arrived in Sydney. A meetup of Sydneysiders was held on the Friday night. The people who attended include the sub-committee and facilitator, committee members Charles and John, members Tony1 and 99of9, and casliber.
On July 16-17, the Strategic Planning was held.
John met with staff from the State Library of Victoria on 18th July, and sent a report to the committee on 19th July.
