  • Edit-a-thon Luis Pouzin at Colegio de México. Organized among Daniel Cosío Villegas Library as a part of the first formal collaboration with El Colegio de Mexico, one of the most prestigious high education institution in the country. The editathon had the presence of researcher Louis Pouzin in person, an Internet pioneer and considered one of the "five architect of the Internet". Pouzin interacted with attendees and watched the process of his own article in Spanish Wikipedia. By El Colegio de Mexico the event was organized and conducted by librarian Silvia Gutiérrez (User:Silva Selva), who was attracted to Wikimedia movement by the Wikipedia Education Program in 2013 at Universidad Veracruzana.

According to Wikipedia Guadalupe-Reyes Marathon "is a concept typical of Mexican culture. It began in the decade of the 1990s and informally refers to the vacational period from December 12 (Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe) to January 6 (Day of the Three Wise Men or "Tres Reyes Magos"). During this period there are several holidays which, linked together, create a "marathon" of festivities. Wikimedia Mexico community decided run an online festivity writing and editing articles in Spanish Wikipedia called "Wiki Lupe-Reyes".

During the marathon, a total of new 35 articles were created and 216 reviews were made of 146 pages, thus adding 226,421 bytes to the Spanish Wikipedia.
