During 25 to 29 January in Buenos Aires the first regional mentoring program has happened. In that week the teams Wikimedia Mexico and Wikimedia Argentina were working on the exchange of experiences, projects and GLAM program.

Wikipedia 15th anniversary[edit]
On January 15th, 2016 we celebrated Wikipedia 15th anniversary at Pan y Circo, a restaurant at Colonia Roma, Mexico City. The event had the featured talks by Mariel García, a feminist activist who talks about the collaboration between young people; Enrique Gánem "El Explicador", a well know popular science journalist and Pepe Gordon, a journalist and writer host of the TV show "Electric Sheep".
In the Wikipedia global digest Wikimedia Foundation featured our alliance with Museo Soumaya.
