Hi Jens,

No problem at all about posting the material on the websites 
and I fully appreciate that you are a web based organisation.

I will have some ideas for you later on.  One thing that I do 
need to stress is that these are initial ideas and given the 
summer months will be open to negotiation, so it is important 
that the figures are taken to be set in stone.  You will find 
that the hotels and venues will try to accommodate you all as 
much as possible.
