Wikipédia:Project Mais Teoria da História na Wiki/Mais Mulheres 2024/Editing Contest
This contest encompasses editions on Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, and Wikidata. We organized lists of entries on Wikipedia and items on Wikidata for editing and creation, as well as multimedia for upload on Wikimedia Commons. If you are interested in editing something that isn’t on the lists, you can reach out to us through the discussion page or via email. 😉😉
We encourage all people interested in participating to read the rules on this page. We remind you that failure to follow these rules can lead to the invalidation of the edits made. People with any level of experience and residents of any country can participate. If you are new to Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, or Wikidata, we suggest you attend our capacity-building workshops that will also take place during the Mais Mulheres em Teoria da História event. Subscribe until June 25th. 🌻
The editions will be monitored and counted through the Programs & Events Dashboard tool for ends of evaluation of the event.
👉 If you require individual assistance for any specific doubts about the event, the theme of an article, or any other technical question about editing that wasn’t cleared up in our workshops, book an online talk through this contact form. We will contact you as soon as possible!

Awards
The construction of a world where knowledge is verifiable, of quality, free, and easy to access is the fuel that drives this project. With the goal of recognizing the commitment and dedication of the participants in improving coverage of subjects focused on Wikipédia, no Wikimedia Commons e noWikidata. The three participants with the highest score in each category and on each project will receive an exclusive themed box crafted with care by the event's organizing team. However, we know that the greatest reward is the feeling of having contributed to changing current inequalities and misinformation.
To make the event more equitable, we have created three categories to categorize participants based on their level of experience with Wikimedia projects. This classification is based on the types of users existing on Lusophone Wikipedia, and the parameters include time, frequency within the community, and the number of contributions in the main domain. If you qualify for more than one category, you should consider the one that reflects your highest level of experience. The names of the winners will be published on July 31, 2024.
