Wikipedia Weekend in Tirana 2016
Wikipedia Weekend is the main event of the Albanian speaking Wikipedia community located in Albania. The event is organized by Albanian speaking Wikipedians, Open Labs Hackerspace and in collaboration with other partners and institutions. It features presentations, meetups, workshops and edit-a-thons. The goal of the event is to socialize with other Wikipedians from the region, inspire potential new Wikipedians, get introduced to new exciting Wikimedia projects, host hands-on edit-athons and raise awareness in the local media and institutions about the importance of knowledge sharing through wiki-related projects.
- recruit more Wikipedians of the Albanian language;
