Wikumentary

Wikumentary (a portmanteau of "wiki" and "documentary") is a project I propose.

• URL: wikumentary.org, etc.
• Type of project: free collection of educational films (documentary, instructional video, etc.)
• Possible features:
  • file upload
  • pages to write scripts

This would be a cooperative effort to create educational programming. Although self-made videos would be accepted, a team effort where some people write scripts, some people videograph, some people record narrations, etc. would make for the best finished product. Maybe some of the films could be shown on public access television (or if we had a lot of funding, an entire channel) when they're developed.
