Hello Siebrand! Could you plz tell your bot CommonsDelinker to stop delinking the Italian coat cf arms and flag pictures in the German wiki. We are busy with transfering the pictures to the de.wiki and the bot is creating quite some confusion. Thx --Janurah 12:38, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Bot doesn't recongnize scales / copies
Hey there!
Your bot is smart, but not smart enough sometimes ;) could you maybe teach him to REPLACE pictures instead of DELETING them, when the reason for the deletion on commons is the existance of a copy / upscale? thanks a lot !! --157.24.10.32 07:54, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
- That's what Commons admins have to do: replace first, don't shoot before replaced. As the deleting Commons admin is noted in the edit summary, please address the particular admins. They should know about this policy and should be stoned when ignoring it. Siebrand 22:37, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
