Recognized by AffCom at least three years ago.
Affiliate in compliance as per set standards and compliance status not interrupted for the period of these three years.
At the time of filing an application in Phabricator, the affiliate status must be active.
Affiliate should be a recipient of the Wikimedia General Support Fund.
Submit the request for a site with substantial background.

例外

Some exceptions may be permitted for a Wikimedia wiki based on various additional factors to be reviewed on a request basis by Administrators, AffCom, and Legal.
