AvoinGLAM uses the Theory of Change as a tool to craft and continuosly update the strategic direction.

AvoinGLAM's strategic direction incorporates influences from different discourses and networks and showing these allows them to be understood and discussed. Using the Theory of Change helps us to stay purpose-driven as we move forward and the world around us changes.
