Balkan NPOV page/principles

All controversial issues should be described in strict NPOV manner.
Participators should try to implement pages on their local Wikipedias.
Participators should take care about extremists from their own ethnicity.
Participators should try to solve controversial issues one by one.
Good start for all of controversial issues are talk pages about that matter at English Wikipedia.
We should make some kind of template on all Wikipedias which communities want to implement this principles. Template should verify that there is wide agreement about that issue.
