This page documents my participation at Wikimania 2023 and ESEAP Strategy Summit 2023. My participation was sponsored by the Wikimedia Foundation. ESEAP Strategy Summit 2023 took place as a side event of Wikimania 2023 from August 15 to 16, 2023 while the Wikimania 2023 happened from August 16 to 19, 2023 in Singapore.

• Conference director of WikiCommons PH Conference 2023 happening on December 17-19, 2023 in Naga City.
• Took part of the Commons Photographers User Group Board Elections 2023.
• This Month in Education: PhilWiki Community holds a meet-up to advocate women empowerment (November)
• Authored Heritage conservationists push for the preservation of the old Spanish district in Naga published on 14 December 2023.
• Bulan kan Asya nin Wikipedia 2023 organizer/facilitator. A total number of 343 articles were created during the month-long campaign in November 2023.
• Served as a final jury member of Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 in Armenia and Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 in Ghana.
• Served as the project lead of Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 in the Philippines which ran from October 1 to 31, 2023.
• Selected to be part of the First Cohort of Learning Partners Network of Wikisource Loves Manuscripts in October 10, 2023.
• This Month in Education: CBSUA Launches Wiki Education in Partnership with PhilWiki Community and Bikol Wikipedia Community (October 2023)
• This Month in Education: WikiConference on Education ignites formation of Wikimedia communities (October 2023)
• 15th Bikol Wikipedia anniversary celebration was celebrated from December 2022 to October 2023.
• Elected to the ESEAP Preparatory Council on 10 September 2023.
• Served as an organizing team member and a final jury member of Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 in the Philippines which ran from July 1 to August 31, 2023.
