Google Translated Telugu articles prioritization is an exercise that intended to prioritize and improve 1900+ machine translated articles that are existing in Telugu Wikipedia from 2009-2011 (That's when google translation project happened in Telugu Wikipedia) in several rounds.

Background

During 2009-11 Google run a paid machine translation project in Telugu Wikipedia popularly known as Google Translate project. As a part of Google Translate project, articles more than 1900 got translated into Telugu Wikipedia from english using Google translate tool. As the machine translation quality is not good and translators didn't take much interest in improving translation, these translated articles does contain several issues like - More red links, unnatural language, improperly translated phrases, etc.,
