Discussion

• Participants were informed about a call with CIS members about working plan of Punjabi Wikimedians next year.
• Participants discussed the harassment issue reported by an user on the village pump of Punjabi Wikipedia. It was discussed that we should sit and discuss the issues to avoid any such instance in the future and we should also clarify the spaces where the CoC applies, to keep the wiki space healthy.
• It was also suggested by a participant that CIS can arrange a session about the scope of trust and safety or legal, if community request about this.
• Bylaws and election of Contact Persons of User Group.
• It was also discussed by participants that paid editors or the editors getting financial assistance (remuneration) should differentiate their contribution as volunteer or under a paid project. And they should also mention it in the event page and reports, that everyone should be able to see the difference between the volunteer work and paid work.
• Discussion on some upcoming activities.
• One participant suggested that if anyone applies for an international conference, he/she has to get assistance from CIS or any kind of lawyer for VISA process.
