A: ਇਸ ਈਵੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕੀਸਰੋਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਗਭਗ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਵਾਲ਼ਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝ ਸਕੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਨ-ਟੂ-ਵਨ ਵਿਧੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ।

A: ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਚਾ, ਸਾਰੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਪਲੈਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਜੈਅੰਤਾ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲਣਾ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਖਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਤਰੀਕਾ, ਨਵੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਭਵੀ ਵਰਤੋਂਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਪਾਤ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਉਣ ਵਾਲ਼ੇ ਲੋਕ ਮਿਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕੰਮ ਆਇਆ।

A: ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਰਤੋਂਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਟਾਸਕ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਆਵੇ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਣ, ਸਮਝਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਕੁਝ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੋਮਵਰਕ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
