From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

On 18 and 19 March 2016, a two day Wikipedia Education Program (WEP) workshop will be conducted at Christ University, Bangalore to discuss the efficacy, challenges and learnings of the Wikipedia Education Program. This workshop aims to bring students and faculty members from institutions that are running WEP in partnership with CIS-A2K. The meet up will help in designing the WEP in consultation with the local stake holders and take into account structural challenges such as academic schedule, institutional interest, faculty buy-in and more importantly response by the students.

The two day event will have voices from all parties: students, faculty and CIS-A2K team members. It will also aim to reflect WEP as imagined globally and simulate activities in accordance to the vision of WMF.
