What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?[edit]

Description - Bangla Wikiquote was launched in 2022, but later it became quite inactive and right now we only have 500+ entry. To revive the project, we are organizing a wikiquote contest. This is first ever bengali wikiquote contest. We would like a banner for this.
