What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - This November, Wikimedia Ukraine holds "She Did It" article challenge on Ukrainian Wikipedia devoted to improving articles about notable women. This article challenge thus combines two important priorities — 1) promoting quality of content, improving the quality of existing articles; 2) boosting gender diversity by highlighting notable women. We thus would like to draw attention to this challenge using a CentralNotice banner for half a duration of the campaign (the campaign itself runs November 10th to November 24th).

Metrics - 150 articles created or improved, 20 people participated

  @AntonProtsiuk (WMUA): I hope you're alright … I've created campaign, banner (including the display for users with 50+ edits; please tell me if you want to have that changed, we CN admins usually don't use it to reduce banner blindness — bringing the logo to the requested place would have taken way more time, I hope that works for you nonetheless) and preview.
