What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The purpose is to invite contributors to register for the sixth edition of the WikiConvention, which brings together the French-speaking Wikimedian community, and will take place in Paris from 11/17 to 11/20. We will comply with your requirements and remarks regarding the dates and running time.

Metrics - expected attendance ~ 150-200 people

@Ciell: I take the liberty of mentionning you here. This is the french speaking community's annual conference. We ran a banner back in 2019, before covid, for similar purposes.
