What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - There will be a local meetup in Cluj-Napoca. It is in Romania and the Romanian Wikipedia community organizes it. But there are potential Hungarian editors, who can be interested as well, and the organizer asked to spread the invitation for the Hungarians. The best tool for a geo-targeted invitation (which is limited to the geographic area of Romania) is the CentralNotice.
