Description
I mainly use Wikipedia. For new users, the first thing that's important to do when writing an article is to know how to write it. This seems to be hard to find. I've had a hard time finding myself, and I've heard that users who've been active for over a decade don't know about the Five Pillars.
This means that the community should devise a better way to disseminate the article writing guide and policy, but I think there's another problem with the system itself.
When I view Wikipedia on my computer, I see a lot of things in the sidebar. Among these, I noticed that "Help" corresponded to "Guide on how to write articles". In Japan, "Help" is a common term for "Help items" in computer applications. But at the same time, users might be drawn to the idea of the application's "Help" and not realize that it is referring to Wikipedia's guides and rules. I was like that.
Other Wikimedia projects might have the same problem.
Is there a way to make guides and rules easier to understand from the user interface?
