Wikipedian in Residence at DARM (National Archive of the Republic of Macedonia) is active from 4th of January 2016. In the collaboration with the State Archive we have 1,027 files uploaded till now, and the number continue to grow. The aim of this challenge is to use these files in articles in any language.
The writing challenge will run one month: from 00:01 (CET UTC+01:00) June 15, 2016 until 23:59 (CET UTC+01:00) July 15, 2016.
If you already have done some of the actions listed below, from 4th January 2016, feel free to add your points.
Five Set of books, 20 Euros each, with total amount of 100 Euros.
All you have to do is to join this challenge. Add your username below with a link to your home language participant user page; when you create or improve articles in any language come back here and add under your username in appropriate part only, a link to a new page you've created, with the score you claim. All other of yours participation, list in your home language participant user page. Here we only need your total score and new articles listed. To register... follow the format of the Example below. Points are a self-reporting and trust-based system. It is participants' responsibility to record their actions. You get points by improving (writing, expanding, translating, usage of files) Wikipedia articles. Each participant's goal is to gain as many points as possible.
10 points: Creating a new article that did not exist in Wikipedia before (at least 3,000 bytes)
5 points: Improving an existing stub article with text or usage of files (at least 3,000 bytes)
5 point: Creating a new "stub" with text or usage of files (less than 3,000 bytes)
1 point: Adding any referenced statement to the Wikidata item
1 point: Adding either a language label or description to the Wikidata item (2 points if you add both)
