• ESEAP assumption of hosting Wikimania 2023
• Resource persons from the Wikimedia Foundation Movement Communications Department and the Wikimania Steering Committee, a policy making group of Wikimedia community volunteers
• Discuss the general sentiments on the upcoming event
• Identity the cities/ locations the ESEAP community is looking for a single venue for an in person convention
• Risk analysis of each potential locations. At the moment the Wikimedia Foundation is doing a risk assessment for the following countries:
  • Thailand
  • Indonesia
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • South Korea
  • Australia
  • Japan
  • Taiwan (later added)
