This annex documents the Code of Conduct for the ESEAP Board Members and Community Council Members
Board Members
[edit]- Opinion and input of every person is valued and respected
- Individual comments, unless with explicit approval, are not to be identified outside the meeting
- Unless explicitly stated as confidential, all meetings should follow the Chatham House rule
- ESEAP Board members should adhere to the Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC), Friendly Space Policy, and all other behavioral policies as mandated by the Wikimedia Foundation for Wikimedia-related spaces
- Board members will be responsible for all final decisions made by the Board on behalf of the Hub
- Board members will be required to sign the Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information as Board Members may have access to nonpublic data
Community Council Members
