I acknowledge that the Program proposal submission is an independent process from the Scholarship application process.

  • I don’t have to submit a session proposal to be considered for a scholarship. I understand that I will be reviewed on my own merit based on the criteria established by Conference organizers, and I’m not required to submit a proposal to be considered for a scholarship.
  • My session proposal might get accepted for the GLAM Wiki Conference, but that does not make me automatically eligible for a scholarship.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a program proposal for the GLAM Wiki Conference, which will be hosted in Montevideo, Uruguay from 16-18 November, 2023.

The Program Committee for the GLAM Wiki Conference will be reviewing all submissions according to the program criteria set out in the program submission process.

This process will take place once the program proposal submission process has ended. Notifications of acceptance for program proposals will be out in August-September.
