2014 round 1
We (Luiz Augusto and Rodrigo Padula) are very pleased to see how many users have supported our proposal and with all feedback gathered. But at this time we're withdrawing this proposal, in order to develop a better grant request in a near future.
We will keep working on related tasks, such submitting a paper on a conference about rare works organized by Brazil National Library to promote Wikimedia projects (specially Wikisource and Wikimedia Commons).
