[edit]Hello, I'm Monika. On Wikipedia, I go by Shameran81. The Gap Finding project seeks to address systemic bias and try out a new Wikipedia editor participation model in one six-month pilot project. I'm thrilled to be doing it. The project brings together my expertise in feminist theory, higher education, information systems, and project management. I'm collaborating with Ragesoss and the WikiEd Foundation.
