• I agree that as the policies of WMF become more bureaucratic and political; the truth will suffer.

My stance is that administrators should do their best to quell obvious antagonism, but generally stay out of personal conflicts except to remove antagonizing content. The WM community thrives on personal tolerance. If we do not tolerate and work with intelligent-yet-difficult people, truth is bound to be replaced with ideology.
