What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
To provide accurate knowledge and information about any thing.
What is your solution?[edit]
The first thing shall be kept in mind before finding any solution to a problem is to know one. If the problem is related to locality well advancements shall be made that locals should participate and provide the knowledge. A deep study by groups can be done to verify before listing it.
Investigations of content shall be done prior to change. Through proofreading should be done.
