Create a user watchlist to track specific users' contributions
IdeaLab beaker and flask.svg
Create a watchlist that is similar to the current one. The difference would be that you would add users to the list instead of pages. This way we could keep track of users that we see have a potential to be vandals or problematic.

Project idea[edit]

What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]

Vandalism and users that contribute poorly.

What is your solution?[edit]

This idea, if implemented, would allow users to easily keep track of users that they see to be problematic (or even to keep track of friends on the wiki).

About the idea creator[edit]

I am a contributor to the English Wikipedia and have been active for the past month or two. I handle a lot of vandalism incidents and try to keep the recent changes page clean while still working on any article that I can.
