Project idea

[edit]

What is the problem you're trying to solve?

[edit]

Editors don't have an easy place to ask for assistance on a small project. I, for example, wanted to gather help for Hypericum, but don't know many other Wikipedians. I tried to ask in many places (Teahouse, Help Desk, WP:PLANTS Talk page, etc.) but got just about no response.

What is your solution?

[edit]

My solution is to create a common space for editors to ask for help on small projects. The discussion of these could then be moved to a talk page elsewhere.

Project goals

[edit]

I expect that the biggest thing that will happen is that the plant community will become reinvigorated. Editors who want help will easily and rather informally receive it.

  • I think this is a wonderful idea. It becomes very difficult for certain events for one person to edit on their own. RES2773 (talk) 00:29, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for your input! I honestly didn't think anyone would reply here. Fritzmann2002 (talk) 17:27, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
