harassment or another negative behaviour come from any human being is cause by a vary of reasons in the person who is harassing, and the idea here is that every harassment has two element the person who cause it and the victim, First, we need to raise the awareness of harassment making everyone aware of it, and the other part which is the victim who has been harrased we need to acknowledge them that this did not happened because of them it happened because of the first element. a campaign, schools, articles anything can change it all.
