What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
To avoid hatred against minorities it is better to put protection of minorities above the votes of users for selecting admins, arabic wikipedia is already a sumum of racism against jurds, jewishes, berbers etc.. and french wikipedia is following the same way with so much complaisance from the admins.
What is your solution?[edit]
The process of selecting admins are done by majorities but unfortuanately sometimes some wikipedia users are selected by their potentiality of complaisance about racism.

Anyone can throw an idea on it and people around the globe come , see it and edit it. That is what makes it so perfect. I would personally like to add many topics relating to Nepali culture and other physical aspect of world and give a small contribution to this mighty great project.
