Project idea

[edit]

What is the problem you're trying to solve?

[edit]

The problem is the repeated harassment of Wikipedia Articles

What is your solution?

[edit]

My solution is to have an anonymous complaint button that will allow people to submit a complaint about an article. The more complaints about an article. The more complaint about an article, the more high it's rating will be. The more "Marked Keywords", which means offensive words, the more highly rated the article will become. The previous two things will compound. The higher the rating is, the quicker it will be addressed. If something, like a "Marked Keyword", or, something that should be marked as a key word, it will be added to the "Keywords" Filter. If a "Marked Keyword" is being hidden inside of letters or symbols, the people who are reviewing the article will add that to the filter. Example h[Keyword]l. This will halt people breaking the filter, and limit the offensive potential of harassment.

Project goals

[edit]

I believe that this will allow for harassment to be cut down by people who are respectable figures of Wikimedia.
