What is the problem you're trying to solve?

To encourage GLAM and educational organisations to release their content and engage with Wikimedians.

What is your solution?

By having volunteers who can go to the organisations and take some of the workload off of them, we can make it easy for them to collaborate with us. Smaller GLAM organisations might not have the resources to scan, categorise, or otherwise get over the tech learning curve to get their contributions out there, so by having competent volunteers in the local area that can be connected with them, access might be much more easy to achieve.

We want to help match volunteers and organizations by mutual interest, and help surface the "missing" content.
